Pinus uncinata ‘Edelweiss WB’ Specimen 1101
Description
A broad pyramidal form with dark green needles. Extremely profuse coning (male pollen cones) are light brown against the needles, giving an aged alpine look. A great variety for small spaces. Found by Joe Braeu of Edelweiss Landscaping in Duluth, MN – Duluth is a z4b, so this variety can tolerate at least 4b, most likely much colder.
