Picea glauca ‘Cecilia’ White Spruce
Description
This upright-growing, dwarf conifer has bright blue-green foliage. Its dense habit will eventually form multiple leaders, giving a thick but compact appearance to this cultivar. Found as a witch’s broom by Greg Williams.
