Abies balsamea ‘Piccolo’ Balsam Fir
Description
A small globe-shaped fir with blue-green foliage and a slow growth rate. It was found as a witch’s broom in 1982 off of Abies balsamea ‘Nana.’ Erwin Carstens Nursery of Varel, Germany introduced it to the trade.
